Custom Planners
Do you offer custom planners?
While this is something I hope to offer in the future, it is not something that is currently offered. However, I am always open to suggestions! Please contact me with any and all suggestions you may have.
Sharing digital products
Am I able to purchase planners, stickers, etc. as a gift?
You are not permitted to share any downloads, free or paid, with others. If you would like to gift a product from Perfect and Paperless to a loved one, the best method would be to purchase a gift card. You can’t go wrong with the gift of choice!
Accessing our planner
How do I use my planner?
In order to use your planner, you will need an annotation app. The most popular app is GoodNotes which is available for iOS, Windows, and Android devices. Others are Notability, NoteShelf, ZoomNotes, and Xodo (Free!). Each of these apps are sold separately and are not affiliated with Perfect and Paperless. My recommendation is GoodNotes.
Tools and applications
Do I have to have an iPad to use your planners?
NO!! iPads are the most popular device to use for digital planning, however, you can use your digital planner on almost any device: iPad or other tablet, smartphone, computer, etc. All products, unless stated otherwise, are PDF files which means you can use them with any device that allows you to download an annotation application (GoodNotes, Xodo, ZoomNotes, NoteShelf, etc.).

How long is my digital planner available to download?
Your download is available for 24 hours. It is recommended that you download your product(s) immediately and back them up in your personal storage (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). However, if you lose access to your download link(s), please send me a message with your name, email, and order number and I will be happy to help you retrieve them!

Can I share my purchase with a friend?
Unless stated otherwise, all products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This means that you are not permitted to share any product purchased or free with anyone else. If you know someone who is interested in my products, please direct them to this website to purchase or download for themself!
lag-free planners
Why does my planner lag?
All Perfect and Paperless products ensure a lag free experience. However, there are several factors which contribute to lag that are out of my control. These may include: amount of storage on your device as well as available storage, amount of stickers or photos on any given page, etc.
